What you share
The enquiry form collects your name and a contact method, along with the event details you choose to provide: event type, possible date and destination, guest range, services, an optional budget and a message. Please do not include passports, payment information or guest lists.
How it is used
We use your enquiry to discuss your celebration, understand the support you need and follow up with you. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Website hosting and enquiry storage use Cloudflare. Access to enquiry records is restricted to the team through a protected inbox. Where an email service is configured, it processes notifications to MGM’s enquiry recipient.
Security and retention
Technical abuse-prevention records use a hashed connection identifier rather than storing your IP address in the enquiry record. These temporary records expire. Enquiries are kept while needed for follow-up and event planning; you may request access, correction or deletion by contacting MGM. We may need to retain information relating to an agreed event where there is a continuing business or legal requirement.
Cookies and external links
The public website does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The private team inbox uses a secure authentication cookie. Links to Instagram, email or other services open those services, whose own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
You can contact MGM by phone or email instead of using the form. To ask about, update or delete an enquiry, email aaisha@mgmevents.ae using the contact information you originally provided so the team can identify your request.
